They will then provide you with a detailed written quote.

Upon approval of our quote, your Agent will take care of everything:

3. We Get Ready To Launch
Rich Real Estate makes every property sale an event.
We build the interest with ‘Coming soon’ notices, generating interest before it even goes to market.
4. We Get Pro-Active
Your agent will search our extensive database to actively find the right buyer. We then contact potential leads. All of this activity helps to determine the best price to go to market with.
5. We Offer A Price Guide
We will work with you to help you decide on the right price and we respect that this decision is ultimately in your hands.
6. We Launch
Once we’ve created a high level of interest, it’s time to launch. We advertise through all possible channels and arrange viewings.
7. We Follow Up
All leads are followed up and assessed. We then build a relationship with potential buyers making sure they have every opportunity to make an offer.

About Rich Real Estate
Rich History
Rich Real Estate hails from a long and prestigious history. Our founder, Joshua Samuel Rich was one of seven children and the son of a greengrocer. His family originally settled in Kalgoorlie before moving to York.
Joshua moved away from his father’s profession to become one of Western Australia’s first independent Wool Brokers.
With selling and brokering in his blood, he naturally progressed from this to Real Estate, establishing in the Mount Lawley area J.S. Rich & Company in 1958.
He later formed a partnership with Philip Smith, an inaugural student of Trinity College, Riverside Drive. In 1978, with Joshua reaching retirement, Philip took the reins.
Now known as Rich Real Estate, we continue to go from strength to strength, drawing from our long history and greater knowledge and understanding of this area.

During Philip’s 40 years at the helm, he has sold a property in almost every street in Mount Lawley, Menora and Coolbinia and has been prolific in the North Perth region.
In the past 15 years he has devoted himself to the administrative control of Rich Real Estate with has seen the company go from strength to strength and has mentored many Real Estate Representatives.
Now concentrating on developments he is mindful of retaining the character and ambience of the region and has fought to retain Mount Lawley, Menora and Coollbinia as a part of the City of Stirling and will continue to fight to maintain these prestigious suburbs.
Philip joined the E.S and A Bank which became the ANZ Banking Group and then the R & I Bank of Western Australia. Philip has achieved a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting and is a C.P.A. He has a Degree of Associate to the Bankers Institute of Australia and a Diploma in Real Estate Management winning the prize for best student in Real Estate Valuation in his final year. Philip has been a tutor at Curtin University in Banking Practice and a Senior Lecturer at West Australian College of Tafe in Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Valuation and Finance Broking.
Philip went on to join Rich and Company and became the Principal in 1978 and to this date has enjoyed a prosperous career serving the people of Mount Lawley.
Rhianna Stott
Licensee / Office Manager
Rhianna, daughter of Philip, has been born and bred into Real Estate. She has worked in the business for as long as she can remember and has a good understanding of all Property Management matters.
When you sign up your Investment Property with Rich you will have a direct line of communication with Rhianna, no new Property Managers.
